Originally from Alba, Italy, the home of the famous white truffle, Daniele has developed a new approach to tasting. He designs his performances as immersive shows, where every gesture, every story and every tasting is part of a refined staging.
With his signature formats, the Truffle Show, the Sensory Truffle Station and the spectacular Truffle Show Cooking, he captivates guests by blending storytelling, exceptional gastronomy and theater. The famous Truffle Rain, where he grates fresh truffle before the guests’ eyes, has become one of the most photographed moments of his performances.
More than 300 international events
With more than 300 international events behind him, Daniele Violoni works for a demanding clientele: luxury houses, organizers of prestigious events, wedding planners and international brands looking for exclusive, memorable experiences. He also invented the TRUFFLEllery®, the first refrigerated showcase designed to stage the truffle, and was the official performer of the RSVP Symposium at The Savoy in London.
